Never heard of the Unico brand but purchased the Treatment after reading the rave reviews and I got this shampoo as a freebie. So far I'm impressed, they both smell good (the treatment actually smells great) and have improved the condition of my hair.

Received this shampoo free as a promotion when I bought the Unico treatment & I have to say I'm really impressed. I've been using them for around a week and can honestly say my hair feels much softer and silkier. I have Matrix colour used on my hair in the salon, so I'm excited to see how well these products can keep my colour looking vibrant for!

Justmylook offers free delivery on all UK orders via Royal Mail 48 & Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Delivery should normally take 2-3 working days depending on the time you place your order. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the basket page.


Orders placed before 2.00pm Mon-Fri are usually dispatched same day. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Black Friday weekend - we're working super hard to dispatch all of your orders. However, things may be (slightly) delayed. If you need your order urgently, please select DPD delivery. We're aiming to have orders dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for only £3.95. Our express delivery service includes door to door tracking, SMS alerts and a one hour time slot for delivery so you know exactly when to expect your beauty goodies! Express deliveries are fulfilled by DPD.

Justmylook accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you. We do not allow collections.

Returns Policy

Christmas - we're happy to announce that we will be extending our returns window over the Christmas period. You will have until the 15th of January to return any unwanted gifts and presents for a full refund. Please note that products must be returned in perfect condition to be applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. accepts returns on all orders, as long as the return is received back by us within 14 days of you receiving your item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this.
