I placed my order on a Wednesday morning and opted for Next day delivery as it was a present for my friend who's birthday was on the Saturday.
Unfortunately, the fact i paid extra for next day was completely ignored and my order didn't arrive until Monday!
I emailed to express my disappointment with the service, and received the poorest response. No big apology for being days late or for the inconvenience. They just told me it would be delivered on Monday! As if that was helpful?

Item arrived damaged, pictures requested and sent, full refund not offered. Extremely poor customer service. Offered 15% off future purchases or that I return item at my expense for a partial refund on postage. I will never buy from this seller again and would advise others to avoid doing so.
I expected an apology once I had sent pictures of the damaged item and a replacement bottle sent at no extra cost. This is the standard procedure with other companies such as Ebay, Amazon, etc.
It is also vital to ensure customer satisfaction and for the company to receive positive feedback. All of which justmylook.co.uk do not pride themselves in.

I used the code for free pumps, checked they were in my order and then applied a 15% discount code which removed the pumps there was no alert or warning that this had happened. "I really don't like writing negative reviews but this time I had no choice. I ordered some Sienna X tan and a tanning mitt which I was told were in stock. After waiting for a week or so I called to ask where they were. I was then told that they had to wait for stock and that i'd have the item soon. My products didn't arrive, I call customer service and they asked me to go and look where my products could be with my neighbours. The department that receives our deliveries has all registered and this product hasn't bee delivered here.
After it they have procedures, they have to contact royal mail that can take 30 days and check if I'm telling the truth or not.
Then they will decide what to do!

The hair dryer has arrived on time, however the only bad point and the major one, is that the device is not exactly what I was looking for, because when I opened the box and read the manual, I realised the description isn't clear enough, as parlux have another model, also named 3200, but with the "ceramic ionic" feature and this one I thought I was acquiring, but it wasn't.
So, i would like to replace to this one (considering if you have in your catalog), or get a proper refund.

I ordered a product via tracked delivery on 21 Jan, got a order dispatched on 22 Jan and it was never received and when I emailed customer services they confirmed it was sent untracked and there was no way of knowing where the order was. I responded on 31 Jan but got no reply. When I contacted them via telephone they (Arthur) confirmed it was sent untracked and that they can change the delivery method according to their Terms and conditions however I was never informed. There was no acknowledgement or apology for the order not being delivered. I asked for my money back and a response to my email to which they then insisted the product had been delivered even though not tracked! They suggested an investigation with Royal Mail, which I said i would like to have confirmed in email and a response to my email. To date no response to my email, or confirmation of the investigation, or product or my money back.

Items were due to be delivered within 48 hours. A week passes and I finally bothered to look into it, only to find out the items were out of stock and I was told they didn't know when they'd be back in stock. Item finally arrived, 2 weeks after I'd placed the order.
If an item is out of stock, you should probably update your website to say so or at least send a follow up email to let me know its out of stock. That would have been sufficient.

My hairdryer (JML100762) was never delivered despite the company claiming it had. Like so many online purchases, its all good until something goes wrong. All the failsafe mechanisms have failed me, it is now two months since my purchase and I am now £36 out of pocket. I ordered two hair brushes. I received two in the same packaging and then recieved a further one, which I had not ordered. I returned the extra brush at cost of £3.90 to myself. I was refused a refund as they claimed the box was received damaged. I phoned and explained that I hadn't even opened the box and returned it in the condition I had received it.
The brush was sent back to me, the bottom of the box was slightly dipped which must have have happened in the post! I then returned one of the other brushes at another cost of £3.90. Only to be told that this time they never recieved it.
Extremley disappointed in the level of service provided and would never use again.

I never write reviews but felt so compelled after my experience with ''Just my look'' customer service to come on here and warn others of this company.
Just like some of the other customers on here i have had a very bad experience with just my look customer service team and there is no way it is a coincidence or one off, it is obvious this is part of their business practice. Those who have had a positive experience have been fortunate but as one person mentioned the slightly cheaper cost is not worth it, because when something does go wrong the stress and time of getting anywhere with this company is beyond a nightmare.
They did not ship my order on time which is something i can accept due to the Christmas period,however they were not honest and changed their story several times as to when they had shipped my order with the audacity to tell me that if i received my order in 2017 then that was that. The tracking number they gave me was not of use because it didn't show me where exactly my parcel was (i mean whats the point in that). And it was only after i called them to see when my parcel would be shipped that they then sent my parcel out later that day.
Unhelpful, rude and extremely unprofessional, passing the phone between themselves like they were schoolboys in a playground. Complaining got me know where except being accused of verbal abuse by the manager who came on the phone part way through the conversation and threatened to put the phone down on me for the 3rd time as i questioned them about my order not being sent as they had stated which was confirmed through royal mail system.
How do you justify putting the phone down TWICE on a customer who has spent £130 plus pounds on an item and then tell them you will recall the item just because you think you can.
A complete shambles and big disappointment.

Would advise anyone to never buy from this company! Yes they are cheaper than most, but that is if you ever receive the product! If you do make sure you pay through PayPal! Never received the item even had the post office reference to say it had not been delivered! This company have no way of you and I contacting them, only through email! Absolutely useless. Ordered a few items they forgot to send one then accused me of lying. The item was only worth a couple of quid so if I was going to try get a free be I would at list pick something worth abit of value. Won't be shopping here again! Customer services are rude and useless

I ordered some Max Factor Mascara which never arrived. When queried I was told that it had been delivered and gave me a tracking number (which they had failed to send me) as proof with Royal Mail delivery via Chelmsford and Brentwood- 200 miles away from my actual address. When I stated this they turned it around saying it was in Cheshire. I asked them to contact Royal Mail which they ignored. So still No refund and now ignoring emails! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was a repeat customer for this retailer, on previous occasions the process was seamless. On this occasion, the order was delayed, these things happen and after chasing the order arrived. When the order arrived two out of the five items ordered was missing. Again these things happen and I contacted the company and explained they hadn't sent the full order that I paid for. Customer service has been terrible. I've chased twice a day for a week and they are refusing to send me what I paid for. Having waited 2 weeks for the items, then spent a further 2 weeks trying to get the full order delivered, they have refused. I couldn't be more disappointed. This company should be avoided, if you have an issue they will not help. I don't often write reviews, but this situation has angered me so much that I will be taking it further. Do not do business with these guys, find someone else.

Sent me the wrong product, emailed customer service but they insisted on the supplier updated their package and not giving a refund. The package obviously looked different, nevertheless the colour of the actually product was even different! The one I ordered is orange/brown, and the one they sent me is clear. People make mistakes but completely disappointed by the way they solve the problem. Hope they can improve

My order did not arrive. I contacted your customer service who informed me that my order had been returned by Royal Mail as damaged. I then was sent two separate products as opposed to my pack that I had ordered. I'm not sure what would have happened had I not contacted your customer service as I had not received any correspondence regarding the damaged items.

Postage is longer than stated, Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery yet took 4-5 days! When finally received the item, it was the wrong one, needed it before holiday but messed that up! Wouldn't use again.

I am so annoyed right now. I have only just opened my purchase and to my surprise the box is not sealed. I ahve alo notice that the oil and the other parts of the hair clippers have been removed from the box. I have only received the Clippers and I comb. What a disaster. I am in the process and sending this one back and ask for my money back.

It has now been 11 days since placing my order and I still haven't received my items. Contacted them twice, very poor customer service. Not 1 email correspondence to advise of my items being delayed. When contacting them today been told it is being dispatched. Had to express how poor my service has been, speak to a manager, and explain how much service they would loose from our company for them to provide a 15% discount, some freebies and next day delivery. I had to basically beg for some kind of goodwill to rectify this. This didn't come easy, when you'd expect after nearly 2 weeks of being delayed and the worst customer service I have EVER received that they would try and do everything in their power to retain me as a customer and our company going forward.

Package arrived damaged. Item's were not packaged sufficiently resulting in the item leaking all over the package. Customer service have recommended replacement items will be posted, however only when the original item has been returned. Customer service initially stated a pre paid label will be provided and then later requested I send the package pack and will be refunded up to £3.00. So i'm still unclear what i'm supposed to do. The item was is a gift and I'm being told nothing can be done until the original item has been returned. It's £13 of shampoo.. not like i have ordered something of high value. By the time your customer service department has posted a pre paid label, paid for the postage, and re posted new items, would it really be worth it on your part??? All I want is replacement goods urgently as the item is a gift!!!

Hairdryer arrived very poorly packaged and as a result it was broken. Just My Look ignored my emails and ignored the PayPal dispute. I'm just glad PayPal were able to refund me. I'm still out of pocket for the return postage, though. Avoid these con men at all costs.

Placed an order for two bottles of nail varnish on 19 December 2015. Advised that items would be sent using Royal Mail's 48 hour tracking service so every expectation that my order would arrive in good time for Christmas. Christmas came and went and when no order arrived by New Year's Eve I contacted JustmyLook for an update. It then took until 5 January 2016 to obtain my parcel's tracking information. It was at this point that I learned that my parcel had never left the Leeds Mailing Centre because the nail varnish had been damaged by Royal Mail. I finally received my refund today 11 January 2016, some three weeks after placing my original order. At no point did JustmyLook offer me a replacement order as a goodwill gesture to alleviate my disappointment, frustration or inconvenience. I have since purchased the nail varnish locally. Wish I had not bothered wasting time and effort over this company whose customer service has been severely lacking throughout this whole process. Take my advice, if you have not had your parcel within the 48 hour period insist they provide you with the tracking information. Had I done so I would not have wasted three weeks of my life chasing for a parcel that was never coming.

Ordered a nail varnish set on 30/11/2015 and it still hasn't arrived! Been chasing up and was told Royal Mail sent item back to justmylook as the product got damaged. Only found this out after I emailed asking where my delivery is. I was then told that the product is out of stock so had to wait another day for more to arrive. Once more stock arrived I received an email saying my item had been despatched on 4/12/15 and they forgot to give me extra goodies for being understanding so here's 15% off your next purchase.
I then got an email on 9/12/15 saying my item has been despatched. I've queried this as I want to know was my item despatched on 4th or 9th and that part was ignored. I am extremely dissapointed to find that the item was despatched 2nd class especially as the first time around it got sent back to Royal Mail and I had to wait for further stock! it's now 9 days since I have paid for an item that I haven't received... I've chased again and the response was your item is still with Royal Mail but check with your neighbours? Hang on if it's still with Royal Mail then why are they suggesting I check with my neighbours??
They take ages to respond to emails and are quick to take your money from your account! Avoid avoid avoid!

Upon calling customer services it appeared the courier had sent back the order as it was faulty? And justmylook had not issued a refund nor sent out another order. They had just done nothing!
